Google Street View pic shows man disposing of body: Facebookers

No body, no crime.

True-crime fanatics had their magnifying glasses ready last week when a woman posted a screenshot from Google Street View to Facebook that appears to show a man transporting a dead body.

The picture’s uploader, known only as Tami, shared the June 2019 snap that shows a man pushing a bicycle along Kent Street in Akron, Ohio.

A long item appears to be wrapped in a gray tarp that is tied to the bike at several points — if it is a dead body, the human head could be hanging over the back tire.

“My niece showed [a photo] to me and I had it saved to my phone so I decided to take a trip to Kent St. on Google to make sure he was still there. The picture is literally worth a thousand words,” Tami wrote on Facebook, per Kennedy News and Media.

Internet sleuths were quick to brighten the image and claim it showed “blood” on the man’s boots and hands, while some even wondered if the unusual images had been reported to police.

The Aug. 23 post has been shared over a thousand times on Facebook.

“He has a body!” one user declared.

Another agreed and proclaimed: “Looks like a body.”

“Imagine walking a body down the road like that and seeing the dang Google car drive by you with all the cameras on it,” a third joked.

Viewers even claimed to have “cleared up” the image — with stunning results.

“I cleared up the image. Definitely looks like blood on his boots!” one person exclaimed.

Another replied: “True but who knows what holds the living of a homeless man. Maybe a chopped-up body lol because I don’t see hips. This is really weird/f – – ked.”

One added: “Oh my! I couldn’t get that clear of a picture when I zoomed!”

“His knuckles though lol,” another laughed.

“Let’s hope it’s a tent, not a body,” one Facebooker stated.

Locals speculated that the body-bag-looking object could actually be a tent, as homeless people have pitched tents on a road adjacent to Kent Street.

“There was a homeless tent city over there for a few years. I’m guessing it’s a tent,” someone theorized.

“Let’s hope it’s a tent, not a body,” another stated.

A Facebooker added: “That’s gotta be a tent or something. That can’t be what it looks like, right!?”

The Post has contacted the Akron Police Department and Google for comment.

As of Thursday, Google has blurred the man’s face and the mysterious object pictured at 126 Kent St.
