A now-fired upstate New York faculty worker has been charged with a felony for allegedly sending nudes to a 14-year-old boy.
Anamaria Milazzo, a 22-year-old worker of the Larger Southern Tier Board of Cooperative Academic Providers [BOCES], was arrested Monday, every week after a college assets officer was tipped off that she was sending lewd pictures to a minor, based on the Chemung County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Milazzo, from Elmira, had been sending the pictures to a 14-year-old boy over three months, cops alleged.
She was charged with second-degree disseminating indecent materials to minors within the second diploma, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a kid, a misdemeanor.
Regardless of being charged with a felony, Milazzo was issued a ticket and can seem within the Wellsburg Village Courtroom at a later date, cops stated.
