Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers have cut up.
Phypers, 52, filed for divorce from the “Wild Things” star, 54, on Monday in Los Angeles, based on paperwork obtained by The Submit.
Phypers listed “irreconcilable differences” as the rationale for the breakup. He additionally listed the date of separation as Friday, July 4.
The pair tied the knot in 2018. They have been married for six years. Richards is mother to daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, together with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
The actress adopted daughter Eloise, 13, in 2011.
In 2019, Phypers legally adopted Eloise.
Phypers is looking for spousal help from Richards, per the paperwork.
