“As an elected official, the Town Board does not have control over Mr. Reilly’s future as highway superintendent,” City of Chester Supervisor Brandon Holdridge stated in an announcement after the capturing.
New York State Police is dealing with the investigation after the Chester Police Division recused itself from the case.
