One of many two suspects – apparently injured alleged shooter Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, 21 – awkwardly crawled from the scooter earlier than his counterpart rode off Saturday evening, surveillance footage reveals.
“One of the suspects DUMPS the body of his injured counterpart and flees,” the Homeland Safety X account wrote, sharing the 23-second clip.
“These individuals will face the full weight of the U.S. Justice System.”
Mora Nunez was arrested on the hospital, whereas his alleged confederate – Christhian Aybar-Berroa, 22 – was nabbed Monday, officers stated.
