Sharon Stone’s mom, Dorothy Marie Stone, has handed away on the age of 91.
The “Basic Instinct” actress introduced the information on Monday, July 21, in a brief put up on Instagram.
“My hilarious, complex mother died,” Sharon, 67, wrote alongside a candy photograph together with her late mother. “A product of the last depression, let’s NOT do this again.”
“Let’s protect and care,” she added with an American flag emoji.
Whereas Sharon introduced her mom’s loss of life this week, an obituary for Dorothy revealed within the Montana newspaper Day by day Inter Lake revealed that she handed away again in March.
“Mother of Michael, Sharon and Kelly (and the late Patrick Stone) passed away peacefully with her family and close friends by her side on March 26, 2025,” the obit learn.
Born on Could 26, 1933, in Franklin, Pennsylvania, Sharon’s mom married Joseph Stone in 1950.
The couple welcomed the Oscar nominee and her three siblings throughout their almost 60 years collectively, and remained married till Joseph died in 2009 on the age of 79.
