Priscilla Presley, Riley Keough reach settlement over Lisa Marie’s trust

The late Lisa Marie Presley’s mother and daughter have reached a settlement over her trust that the formerly beefing family members are now “happy” with.

Legal counsel for Priscilla Presley, 77, and Riley Keough, 33, reached the settlement Tuesday at a Los Angeles courthouse, People reports.

TMZ added that Lisa Marie’s estate paid Priscilla — Elvis Presley’s ex-wife — an undisclosed amount of money to settle the dispute that a source claims to be in the millions.

This means Priscilla will control her daughter’s trust, which reportedly includes the King of Rock and Roll’s Graceland mansion and a stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises.

Keough’s team is set to submit a settlement request under seal for both the Promenade and an insurance trust, according to People.

“They have reached a settlement. Families are happy,” Ronsen Shamoon, Priscilla’s lawyer, told reporters outside of the courthouse. “Everyone is happy. Unified and together and excited for the future.”

Justin Gold, Keough’s attorney added, “[Riley] would not have agreed to the settlement if she was not happy with it.”

The Post has contacted reps for Priscilla and Keough for comment.

Lisa Marie, Elvis’ only daughter, died on Jan. 12 after suffering cardiac arrest. She was 54.

The fight over her trust started when Priscilla filed a petition in LA questioning the “authenticity and validity” of a 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie’s trust and estate that named Keough as controller of the trust.

A source told Page Six that Priscilla and Keough weren’t speaking over her decision to contest Lisa Marie’s will and that Keough was “seeing a new side of her grandmother.”

Meanwhile, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood was appointed as the legal guardian of their 14-year-old twin daughters, Harper and Finley.
