A Pittsburgh Pirates gameday worker has been suspended for an altercation throughout which he took his belt off and began whipping a fan with it throughout Sunday’s sport towards the Padres at PNC Park, as seen in a video by a neighborhood CBS affiliate.
The battle, which was captured by a bystander, began after the fan and his buddy allegedly harassed a feminine concession stand employee, in keeping with KDKA Pittsburgh, which stated that the Pirates worker intervened and diverted them away from the lady.
The worker and the fan seemed to be in a heated alternate earlier than the worker threw punches.
It’s unclear what was stated in the course of the dispute, because the video has no audio.

The Pirates stated in an announcement Monday that the worker was “immediately suspended” and the scenario “is under further investigation.”
