The footage obtained by The Publish reveals the ultimate moments of the 38-year-old sufferer Victor Bautista’s life after he was shot within the chest following a dispute with one other man close to Trinity Avenue and East 149th Avenue in Melrose round 7:45 a.m. Tuesday.
