San Francisco-based Chime’s new lease at Bromley Corporations’ 122 Fifth Ave., which the fintech large introduced final week, marks the most recent progress of its Large Apple footprint.
Chime will transfer to 84,000 sq. ft from a smaller area at 101 Greenwich St. The corporate additionally has area in Midtown.
The asking hire at 122 Fifth was $96 per sq. foot, in line with Newmark which represented the owner. Cresa repped the tenant.
