A Dominican fugitive wished for slaughtering a household of 4 in upstate New York final summer time was tracked down and arrested by US Marshals within the Dominican Republic Wednesday, officers stated.
Luis Francisco Soriano, 31, allegedly killed two kids, ages 2 and 4, and their mother and father of their Irondequoit, NY, residence, which was then burned to the bottom on August 31, 2024, in accordance with Fox Information.
