A 16-year-old caught with a gun in class has been linked to a deadly capturing in Harlem, police stated Thursday.
The teenager was charged with homicide, assault and gun possession in reference to the slaying of 34-year-old Christopher Jimenez, who was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest in his residence constructing close to W. 126th St. and Broadway on April 17, police stated.

Cops initially arrested one other resident of the constructing within the Manhattanville Homes advanced, Angel Celpa, 29, six days after Jimenez was shot. Celpa was charged with assault and weapons possession, however not homicide.
