The unidentified sufferer and a feminine companion have been sitting on a rock alongside the Hudson River in Fort Washington Park after they have been approached by the 2 males on a moped round 11:50 p.m., in response to police sources.
After a short alternate and tussle, one of many moped-riding males fired a gun and hit the sufferer within the face.
