The Blue Jays (55-41) are two video games up on the Bombers, chasing their first division title in 9 years. The Pink Sox (53-45) are three again, winners of 10 straight. The Rays (50-47) stay in rivalry, 5.5 video games again regardless of 4 straight losses.
The Mets (55-42) return residence to face Cincinnati, starting a stretch during which they’ll tackle fellow playoff contenders in 12 of their subsequent 15 video games (vs. Angels, at San Francisco, at San Diego, vs. San Francisco). The Phillies maintain a half-game edge within the NL East with seven video games remaining in opposition to the Mets, who haven’t received a division title in a decade.
