By roughly 12 p.m. ET, practically 400 customers reported points with their accounts, with the bulk unable to log in to their profiles, in response to DownDetector.com.
Complaints peaked at round 900 customers on Tuesday morning.
Stories of a glitch throughout the platform had began pouring in round 10 p.m. ET on Monday.
